How can I get the best Speech to Subtitles results?

Clear speech produces the best results. Where possible, use audio with a bitrate of 128 kbps or higher, a sample rate of 44.1 kHz or higher, and limited background noise. Stereo audio is preferred. Lower-quality audio can still be processed, but accuracy may be reduced or some dialogue may be missed.
